If you're looking for a stylish hotel with friendly staff, this might be a good option. It's situated in a convenient location, close to the restaurants and shops, yet quiet enough for a good night's sleep. Some rooms have balconies with a nice view, and the breakfast has a good variety of options. soundproofing is an issue, and some staff members may not be as competent as others.

The entire staff is very well chosen and extremely well trained. Staff was really the highlight of our stay. The hotel was a very comfortable place to stay. The breakfast is very well done, but the room is very cold. Bring a jacket. We will go back though.
Our room had a very tall tub that one had to get into to take a shower. Not "old folk" easy to do. In fact, quite dangerous. Ask for a room without this obstacle.

We arrived later on a Sunday night and Wison arranged for pizza to be delivered to our room complete with cutlery and fine service ware.
I had reservations for the 30th and 31st of October and was only able to stay for the 30th due to revised travel plans. I am trying to negotiate a credit with the hotel as they say that I will be charged for the unused 2nd night...can you help me with this?

Everything was great and met the demands. Views of the Quito skyline were absolutely stunning, the room was a nice size and uniquely decorated. The staff was exceptionally helpful and very friendly all the time. The hotel was placed in the central location in a residential area. Moreover, it's not far from the bustling Plaza Foch, the central highlands, and many other shops and a laundry nearby.
The staff was quite noisy.

The hotel is conveniently located in the little business center, allowing easy access to the Mariscal district and the touristic center. Guests can enjoy a quiet stay while still being close to the vibrant areas of the city. The rooms are individually themed, offering a unique and stylish experience. The staff is very helpful and friendly, ensuring a great customer service experience.
The hotel lacks amenities such as a gym or pool, which may be disappointing for those looking for additional facilities during their stay.

We loved the location of the hotel which was away from the noisy nightclubs but still within walking distance of many restaurants and bars. The hotel facilities were amazing, and we enjoyed the solarium which provided coffee and tea. The staff was excellent, and they went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The cleanliness was impressive, and the breakfast had a nice choice of options.
Nothing at all.
